Holly is the face of Good Morning Guru, a beautiful blog dedicated to cultivating self-awareness and spirituality, sharing nutritious recipes, and of course, spreading the yoga love. About the class: A balance of yin and yang, this class starts with a 30-minute flow to heat the body and build strength. Then, you will slowly wind down with 30 minutes of restorative postures and meditation. Leave feeling simultaneously accomplished and blissed out.
