Celebrate with Holly, the author of Good Morning Guru, on July 11 at 6:45pm as she leads you through the premiere of her Power Yoga Class. We are making this first class a donation based, pay-what-you can event. And to cool down, there will be kombucha shots! Because why the health not?
A blend of intensity and awareness, our Power Yoga Class is for the athlete and yogi alike. Using the tools of the yoga practice, this dynamic class will build endurance, flexibility, and strength. Guided by breath and body awareness, we’ll build toward an apex posture designed to be accessible for all practice levels.
