Brad is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor with 5 years of experience that specializes in weight loss, movement mechanics, and both body weight and traditional strength training. He holds a Bachelors degree in Human Physiology and a Masters degree in Business Administration. His fitness certifications include Yoga, TRX, Indoor Cycling, Battle Ropes, and Sports Medicine. He believes in first teaching client's to move well before increasing intensity to ensure that clients progress in a sustainable and pain free manner. If you are a beginner to intermediate exerciser looking to build habits that result in long lasting change, Brad is the trainer for you!
